The Pixistock Affiliate Program includes bloggers, influencers, educators, and other people who refer their entrepreneurial audience to Pixistock photo subscription service.

The program is free to join, and allows affiliates to monetize their blog and earn commissions from each new Pixistock photo subscription referral.

When you sign up for the Pixistock Affiliate Program, you will have access to your own "Affiliate Area." This is where you can log into your account and view your referral stats, generate affiliate links, and view your earnings.

Here is the general process:

1. Visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your site, ad or email.
2. A cookie is placed in the visitor's browser for tracking purposes.
3. The visitor browses our site, and may decide to purchase one of the Pixistock photo subscriptions.
4. If the visitor joins the Pixistock membership (the order doesn't need to be placed during the same browser session - cookies are stored for 90 days), the order will be registered as a sale for you.
5. Our system will show you your total earnings, how many referrals you have and notify you when a sale is made.
6. You will receive commission payouts via PayPal on the 30th of every month.
7. Every time a new Pixistock member makes a payment to us through your affiliate link, you will receive the appropriate commission.

Authenticity is key to being successful in the Affiliate Program!

Here's what you will earn as Pixistock Affiliate Partner:

All active Pixistock members will earn 30% commissions on all referred sales to the Pixistock photo subscription service or other online products in the shop.

Non-members will earn 15% commissions on all referred sales to the Pixistock photo subscription service or other online products in the shop.

Non-members have the potential to earn 20% depending on the amount of referrals they generate (amount TBD and will be notified via email).

All Affiliates will earn:

Recurring Referrals - Every time your referred customer makes a payment to us, you will receive your appropriate commission on that payment for as long as you remain an affiliate with Pixistock.

- Payouts are made via PayPal only once a month on the 30th. There are no minimum payout earning requirements. (ie. If you've earned $2.00 or $2,000, we will pay all affiliates on the 30th).

All Pixistock affiliates must go through an short approval process to ensure you will promote our stock photo membership in accordance with our guidelines.

1.After registration, your status will be "pending" until you receive an email stating your approval into the program which typically takes about 24 hours.

2. After you're approved to join the Pixistock Affiliate Program, you'll get a confirmation email with marketing banners and additional resources.

3. You'll learn where to log in to the Pixistock Affiliate Dashboard, where you can access your creatives, affiliate links, commission payouts, and referral tracker.

This guide will help you understand these features and get started as an affiliate.

How Affiliate Tracking Works:

Referral link: Every affiliate partner automatically has a referral link which you can generate from your Affiliate Dashboard page.

Simply paste this link or image button anywhere you choose on your site.

If a new visitor clicks your referrer link and proceeds to sign up and purchase any of Pixistock's stock photo subscriptions via membership.pixistock.com, you will receive a percentage of that person's first purchase of that subscription.

When that new user makes a recurring subscription payment to Pixistock, you will also receive the appropriate commission for the recurring payment, as long as they remain a Pixistock member.

Additional Details:

- We use cookies to track users who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

- If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them and therefore we can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

-If a person clicks on your referral link and then later they click on someone else's, yours is the one that counts.

- If a person clicks a link, they have 90 days to purchase before the cookie expires. If they sign-up and purchase a subscription within that time, we will pay your Affiliate Program earnings. After 90 days, no Affiliate Program earnings apply.

- Earnings appear in your members' statement on the Affiliate Dashboard page.

- Above all, use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Pixistock the right to review each and every referral.

The best way to promote your affiliate links is to incorporate them into the content that you create and share online. You can share your affiliate links in blogs, videos, course content, webinars, digital ads, or email newsletters.

There are several ways you promote the Pixistock photo subscription service. Using several types of promotion in your affiliate marketing will help you reach a wide range audience and drive traffic to your link.

To get started, it's best to sign up for a Pixistock photo subscription yourself to learn how the membership works and to see what types of photos and graphics we can offer your audience, even if just for one month.

1. Build an email list

- With an email list, you can market to a wide audience and send promotional content to a list of targeted users who will potentially be interested in our photo subscription service. With services like MailChimp which is free for up to 2,000 subscribers, it's easy to create a list and begin sharing your links.

2. Create content for your audience

- Blog posts are perfect for creating content to promote affiliate links. Incorporate your links and ads into your blog post content and educate users on why a stock photo subscription can be beneficial to them.

3. Create a guide or course

- Educating users on the benefits of a stock photos subscription can also be done in a guide or a course. You can create training materials related to blogging, photography, branding, business-building, etc. to help grow and audience to refer customers to Pixistock. When users take your course, be sure to promote your special affiliate links.

These are just some of the many ways you can promote your affiliate links to your audience. However you decide to share your links, be sure that you are following the appropriate guidelines:

- Pixistock Affiliates must adhere to FTC requirements, and disclose to their audience that they are Pixistock Affiliates.

- Trademark usage are not allowed in paid advertising as per the Pixistock Affiliate Terms of Service Agreement.

- Pixistock Affiliates must avoid cookie stuffing.

As a Pixistock affiliate, you're required to let your audience know that your links are affiliate links. You can make a page on your website that lets your audience know with full disclosure, or you can include a disclaimer within your content.

Make sure that you review our Affiliate Terms and Conditions, which outlines the rules, regulations, and FTC requirements that you need to follow as a Pixistock Affiliate.

When you use Pixistock's brand assets, you accept our Trademark Usage Guidelines, which are outlined in the Affiliate Terms & Conditions. If you violate these guidelines, then you will lose the permission to use our assets, your membership in the Affiliate Program or both.

When you become a partner with Pixistock, you're like family. We're dedicated to making sure you're successful in the program and get the earnings you deserve for sharing our services with your amazing audience.

1. The fact that you're here means that you've already accepted the Pixistock general Terms & Conditions, and know our photo usage guidelines. These additional terms cover the Affiliate Program only and need to be agreed upon before approval into the program at registration sign up..

2. When we say "you" in these terms and conditions, we are referring to you, the affiliate. All other terms have the same meanings as shown in our general terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between what we say in these Affiliate Program Terms and the Pixistock Terms & Conditions, the affiliate terms take precedence.

Becoming an Affiliate

4. Anyone can become a Pixistock affiliate as long as they follow the guidelines outlined below. You will need to go through the quick application and approval process prior to joining.

How it Works

5. Refer new members to the Pixistock photo subscription or any of our products on membership.pixistock.com and you'll receive a percentage of that sale.

6. Referral url code: Every program member automatically has a referral code which is generated using your username. This referral url code is available on the Affiliate Dashboard. You can also generate a custom url specifically for a campaign that you are running. These are your "affiliate links."

7. Using that code, simply paste the link or images button on your website. If a new user clicks your affiliate link and proceeds to sign up to become a Pixistock member and purchase one of our stock photo subscription plans, you will receive a percentage of that person's first purchase.

8. You will also receive the same percentage for every subscription payment that that new member makes to Pixistock. This will continue for as long as they remain a member with us.

9. Referral program commission percentage:

- Current Pixistock members (affiliate members who are active members of the Pixistock photo subscription themselves) receive a 30% commission on every sale and subscription payment for each new referred customer.

- Non-members (affiliate members who are not active members of the Pixistock photo subscription) receive a 15% commission on every sale and subscription payment for each new referred customer.

10. Additional Details

Earnings Payment & Payouts

11. We will pay your Affiliate programs Earnings from the Pixistock Affiliate Program as outlined in your member's statement. In order for us to pay you, you authorize us collect payments for your new subscriber referrals, to credit your members' statement with your earning, and to distribute the earnings to you.

12.Thresholds: There are NO minimum threshold requirements regarding payout. You do not need to have a certain number in your account before we pay you.

13. All Pixistock Affiliate Program partners will be paid out once a month, on the 30th of each month via PayPal.

14. As an affiliate, you must provide us with the correct details and payment method when you want to receive your earnings.

If you do not currently have a PayPal account, when payouts are made, PayPal will prompt you via email to create an account so that you can receive your earnings.

It is up to you to make sure that your PayPal email is correct so that you can receive your earnings. You can make changes to that email in the "Affiliate Dashboard."

15. You must bear all expenses incurred by us in paying monies to you. (ie. transaction fees, if any)

16. Payment errors: We will continue to hold your earnings if we're not able to pay your earnings to you for whatever reason, including if:

a. we do not have the correct PayPal payment details provided by you;
b. we can't contact you using the contact details that you have supplied;

17. Currency conversions: Anyone can be a Pixistock Affiliate partner regardless of the country you reside. However, whenever we make a payment to you as an affiliate, you are responsible for all costs of converting the amount of the payment from US dollars into your preferred currency.

Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don't control either the conversion rates or your financial institution's fees, nor are we responsible for paying those fees).

18. You are responsible for paying all taxes and fees associated with your referral payments we make to you. We do not hold any taxes or fees from your payouts.

19. Refunds and chargebacks: If any referred transaction to the Pixistock photo subscriptions or products relating to your Affiliate Program earnings is subject to a refund or chargeback, will can at our discretion withhold that portion of your Affiliate Program
earnings.

Chargebacks due to fraudulent activity: If at any time we detect a level of chargebacks or fraud in relation to your referred users that is higher than the average level of chargebacks within a month, we reserve the right to freeze your Affiliate Account and withhold all referred earnings pending our investigation of such chargebacks.

In the event that we determine that you have engaged in any form of unauthorized advertising or promotion, or engaged in any unlawful or bad faith activities (regardless of whether you had knowledge of the same) which have resulted in such chargebacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take various actions including, but not limited to, withholding and forfeiting of referred earnings, charging you for the amount of chargebacks and/or immediately terminating this Agreement.

20. Inactivity Clause: We reserve the right to cancel your Affiliate partnership in the event no new Pixistock subscribers are referred using your affiliate links, within a period of (12) consecutive calendar months. In the event this happens, we will send you an email requesting the status of your inactivity before cancelling your account.

21. Termination: The terms of this agreement begin when you apply and are accepted and approved into the program. The terms continue until a party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the partnership and Agreement for any reason. You must send us an email at [email protected], notifying us that you want to terminate your Affiliate account.

Upon termination of this Agreement by any party:

a. You must remove all trademarks, banners, logos and referral links from your site or any other marketing channel.
b. You will be entitled to any referral earnings earned to you up to the date of termination.
c. You will not be entitled to any referral earnings after the date of termination.

WE MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT IF WE DETERMINE IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION THAT YOUR WEBSITE OR ACTIVITY IS UNSUITABLE. Unsuitable sites include, but not limited to, those that: display child pornography or other illegal or sexual acts, promote violence or obscenity, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability or sexual orientation, promote illegal activities, violate intellectual property rights or promote abuse of online games and promotions.

Warnings and Best Practices

Do:

- Create SEO friendly blog posts or guest post to write about an area of interest that is directly related to the Pixistock photo subscription service or styled stock photography.
- Promote your referral links on social media. This can be a post, a tweet, or a Pinterest pin.
- Use targeted banner ads on your website
- Design a page or site that is unique in design and isn't going to confuse anyone about your purpose as an affiliate.

Don't:

a. Confuse visitors (or potentially confuse them) about whether your site is operated or endorsed by us (for example, by copying design elements from our site). Your website must have and contain all of your own branding and design elements.
b. Use Pixistock brands, trademarks or logos other than the prescribed affiliate banners shown in the Affiliate Dashboard
c. Purchase a domain name, search engine keyword or pay-per-click advertisement that uses any Pixistock trademarks or variations and mis-spellings.
d. Send unsolicited email or other messaging that in any way may constitute spam
e. Engage in any conduct that does not meet our standards of 'fair play' including things like fraud, confusing the new user, or providing a link designed to mislead the customer.

We reserve the right to decide whether or not your use of the Pixistock Affiliate Program complies with any applicable laws and/or these Affiliate Program terms or the Pixistock Terms & Conditions. If we decide that your participation in the Affiliate Program does not comply, we can, based on our reasonable discretion withhold your earnings and may disable your account.

Fraud:

WE DO NOT TOLERATE AFFILIATE FRAUD.

There are thieves that use stolen credit card numbers to purchase from sites that sell digital, downloadable products. These thieves are only interested in gaining the referral commission from being an affiliate and are not interested in the product. Our referral payment system is not automated and therefore allows us to see exactly who the new affiliates are, what revenues they generate and most importantly, HOW they did it.

We check our current affiliates regularly and we are considering every single transaction when a new affiliate's tracking generates.

As an affiliate, if you arouse suspicion, we will contact you and place your account on hold. We will ask you for more information regarding where you place your ads and how you ave promoted our links on your site.

We will also contact each new buyer that bought using your link to make sure they made the purchase. Our system will also tell us when the purchase was made from the same IP address that you have used.

Any affiliate found to be involved in any actions not deemed appropriate by Pixistock will be terminated IMMEDIATELY and the information will be forwarded to the credit card authorities. In the event that we determine that you have engaged in any form of unauthorized advertising or promotion, or engaged in any unlawful or bad faith activities (regardless of whether you had knowledge of the same) which have resulted in such chargebacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take various actions including, but not limited to, withholding and forfeiting of your referral earnings, charging you for the amount of chargebacks and/or immediately terminating this Agreement.
