WEBSITE VISITORS

Pixistock would not use personal information of customers included in the “Contact Us” form in our website or e-mail query sent to our e-mail address ([email protected]) for purposes other than to use contact address of customer in order to answer inquiry from such customer and to reflect the opinions f customers to our product development and/or service.

We provide the opportunity to sign-up for a monthly email newsletter by entering in your email address in a sign up form.

If you subscribe for our monthly email newsletter your IP address as well as data and time of subscription will be collected. This allows us to prevent misuse of our services or of the e-mail address of the subscriber. This data is only used for the distribution of the newsletter. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

1. PayPal Payment Processor
If you choose to subscribe to the Pixistock membership, we may collect credit card or additional payment information from you. However, it is important to note that we do not store any of this payment information or process any of your payments on our servers, but rather use a third party payment service known as ‘PayPal.’ Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in PayPal’s own Terms of Service Agreementand Privacy Policy.
The payment processor, ‘PayPal’, may provide us with unique authentication tokens to make payments requests with. The payment processor ‘PayPal’ may also provide us with information such as your name, credit card type, expiration date, and the last four digits of your credit card number. This information is used only to make single payment requests, or register the user for an ongoing subscription that requires automatic payments in the future.
In addition, Pixistock may also request and receive any payment history between the user and Pixistock.
2. Facebook Conversion Pixels
We use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook Inc., (“Facebook”) on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, which means we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register as a customer or Pixistock member on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
